Launch Week Checklist

TIMELINE: This should be complete the week of your program launch!


Action items: After reading this page, here are the action items that need to be completed:

  • Download and print the LAUNCH WEEK CHECKLIST

  • Cross off launch items as you go to ensure a successful launch day!

  • Work with your GrubHub or retail partner CSM to confirm configurations and test shops (if applicable)



 


ALL LAUNCH LOCATIONS:

  • Devices

    • Devices and mounts are set up at each scanning station

    • The ScanApps are labeled with username/password, logged in, and set to the correct scanning location

    • Devices are charged and connected to wifi

  • Containers

    • Containers are labeled with Topanga RFID tags in accordance to Topanga’s labeling guidelines

    • Containers are stocked at each dining location

  • Operator Training

    • Operators have been informed of the program and trained on the ScanApp

    • Training materials are printed and displayed at scanning stations

    • Regular emptying of return receptacles has been assigned

  • Signage

    • Launch signage is printed and distributed around dining location

    • Marketing materials are printed and distributed around campus

    • Return bins have graphics applied and are distributed to locations

  • Marketing & Student Engagement

    • ReusePass landing page is live

    • ReusePass announcement is included in dining email blast

    • ReusePass social post is scheduled

    • Tabling events are scheduled

  • Testing Scan-Out Flow

    • Sign up for a ReusePass account at APP.REUSEPASS.COM

      • Scan a container out with a ScanApp + your QR code + a container to create a test rental

      • Confirm SMS received upon first check out

  • Dashboard

    • Login to dashboard and confirm activity:

      • Loops opening/closing at expected locations

      • RFID readers scanning in returned containers (if applicable)

    • Review and confirm Forgiveness settings


 

INTEGRATED RETAIL LOCATIONS:

(If you have RETAIL locations offering ReusePass)

  • Connect with your menu manager, or GH/Starship Client Success Manager to complete:

    • Shop names and descriptions are updated

    • ReusePass in-app pop-up notification is enabled

    • ReusePass Item level modifier is turned on for applicable menu items

    • Single use surcharge is enabled (if applicable)

  • Test order complete and ReusePass QR's are printing on order ticket
